CafeContact - Bulk Emailing Solution
How it works
- Compose your email in your own email client (Outlook, GMail, Thunderbird - whatever!)
- Send it to your special address @cafecontact.co.za
- Login and send the mail to one of your lists
What it costs
- Costs start at R0.07 per send.
Credit System
CafeContact works on a pre-paid credit system. Credits are deducted when you send and added when you purchase credit packages. When you have run out of credits you can no longer send messages.
How many credits are required to send message depends on how many people you are sending to and the size of the message. Most messages only require one credit per recipient to send. The following table shows the credits required per recipient, per size.

| > 1Mb and <= 2 Mb | 2 | Sending to 100 people requires 200 credits |
| > 2Mb and <= 3 Mb | 3 | Sending to 100 people requires 300 credits |
| > 3Mb and <= 4 Mb | 4 | Sending to 100 people requires 400 credits |
| > 4Mb and <= 5 Mb | 5 | Sending to 100 people requires 500 credits |
The great majority of messages are under 1 Mb in size and will require just one credit to send.
